After successfully completing Phase 1, here is how all the migrated scenes currently look:

To give you a clearer picture of the process moving forward, here is a breakdown of the next steps:

Step 1: We will reach out to the scene owners who applied during Phase 1 but whom we couldn’t reach. This is to offer them a second chance to participate in the migration process.

Step 2: The application process for Phase 2 migration will open via the following form:

The deadline to apply for Phase 2 migration is December 3, 2024. Although we will continue to assist scenes that apply after this date, we will prioritize creating a roadmap that gives accurate time estimates for the work completed. In the meantime, our team will work on completing any outstanding tasks from Phase 1, if necessary.

Step 3: Once we have a complete list of scenes that have applied, they will be prioritized by the order of application. Updates, including timelines and estimated completion dates for each scene, will be posted in the Discord channel.
